Henk brings world-class expertise and insights to our leadership development efforts. Yet he wears his deep subject-matter knowledge lightly. He has a great sense of humour and is great to work with. He has established himself as an important member of our extended team.

I just wanted to send a quick note regarding Henk after watching him facilitate today. He is exceptional! I know he has been facilitating the Certification Workshop for a few years, but he is one of the best facilitators I have had the pleasure of observing. He is a calm and patient teacher and I really hope to see him in more workshops.

Recentelijk een online (HOGAN) coaching sessie gedaan onder begeleiding van Henk. Vooraf even getwijfeld of online net zo goed zou kunnen werken als een fysieke sessie. Echter onder Henk zijn deskundige begeleiding werkt online echter ook en maakte dat ik door Henk gecoacht wilden worden. De coaching sessies waren in een serene ambiance waarin (de kwaliteit) van het (zelf) bewustzijn groeit. Bij het zetten van de punt op de i kan ik mijn (zelf) bewust zijn nog beter inzetten.

Henk Broekema provided great support for our project. He was able to translate the findings of our project into attractive feedback texts for the participants in both Dutch and English. His expertise on personality, talent and assessment in combination with his articulated writing style resulted in a ready-to-use feedback tool that provided great added value to our product. His positive, but critical mindset, flexibility and fast response time made that the collaboration was a great success.

Henk helped me with 2 of my team members changing the way we work together by helping us understanding each other better. His experience, open and vulnerable way of working worked out very good for me. Also the personal discussions, based on data from the Hogan tests, seemed to open doors with my team members of which I thought would be closed for coaching. Henk his way of working, together with the Hogan tests proved to be an excellent combination.
